Meet the Team

DiNicola Insurance Services was built around long-term client relationships, practical risk guidance, and steady follow-through. Our team helps clients make sense of coverage questions, renewals, workers' compensation issues, claims concerns, and everyday service needs with clear communication and real-world perspective.

We believe insurance conversations should be useful, understandable, and grounded in how each business actually operates.

Founder of DiNicola Insurance Services, focused on practical risk strategy, workers' compensation, and helping businesses stay prepared before problems grow.

Nick DiNicola founded DiNicola Insurance Services in 2001 with a practical philosophy: the right insurance program should do more than respond after something goes wrong. It should be part of a larger strategy to identify risks, reduce exposure, and help businesses stay prepared.

With more than 30 years in the insurance industry, Nick has built the agency around understanding how businesses actually operate day to day. He specializes in risk mitigation and workers' compensation, working closely with employers to create insurance programs that support long-term protection, stability, and growth. He also holds a Certified Workers' Compensation Advisor designation.

Nick is known for a hands-on approach that cuts through the noise and keeps the focus on what matters: helping businesses manage risk before it becomes a bigger problem.

Outside of work, Nick trades the insurance world for the music scene. He is an accomplished bass player who performs regularly around the area, and he also has a strong eye for composition after studying photography at the Academy of Art University.
